Hello! My name is Adrienne.
I love fabric, sewing, decoupage, and shiny things. I get joy from upcycling, thrifting, nature, and I always try to focus on the positive. When I play, I create fun, functional, one of a kind items, and it delights me to share them with others. My goal is to make the world a little brighter with what I do.

Payments are accepted via cash or eTransfer.
Local pick up is available in Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada, 2km from the QEW at Fifty Road. For prepaid orders, the transaction can be 100% contactless if requested.
In addition, mail orders are welcome; the cost of shipping will be applied to your order. Contact me if you would like to inquire about shipping costs.
Delivery for finished products is also possible along the QEW between Burlington and Beamsville with a minimum order of $50.00. We can arrange this if your order and location qualifies.
I occasionally consider wholesale requests... If you are looking to make bulk purchase, let’s talk.

Delivery Policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not available at the time you place your order, I will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada and the continental United States. Shipments to other countries are not available at this time.
3. Processing Time
My estimated processing for in stock items is 1-3 days, during which time I will prepare your order for shipment. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is processed. For custom orders, processing time will be negotiated and agreed to at the time of order placement.
4. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
5. Delivery Goals
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, I make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order for in stock orders, or from delivery of sourced products when that service is required. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that I do not ship on weekends.
6. Additional Delivery Details
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
7. Delivery Instructions
If you have special delivery instructions, please share them at the time you place your order.
8. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To inquire about shipping prior to placing an order, please contact me for a quote.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
9. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact me via email with details of your order, the product and the concern.

Return & Exchange Policy
1. Returns and Exchanges
If requesting a return or exchange please do so within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days, I cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Items should be returned unused and in their original state. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If the package was damaged upon arrival, please include a photo of the box and the damaged product with your request.

3. Shipping Returns and Exchange Items
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. I do not guarantee that I will receive the returned item. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
4. Initiating a Return or Exchange
If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please contact me via email. Provide the details of your order, the product and the concern, and we will arrange next steps. A Return and Exchange processing number will be issued upon commencement of the process.

To follow-up on the status of your return, please contact me via email with the details of your order and your Return and Exchange processing number.

Please note, in doing business with me, your information may be shared with Stipe (payment tool), Paypal (payment tool), ConvertKit (email tool), and Etsy (ecommerce site), as I use these businesses to support my own. These are all reputable and researchable companies who have also agreed to protect client data, but I wanted to be sure you were made aware of their involvement.
6. Accuracy
Personal Information will be maintained in as accurate, complete and up-to-date form as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is to be used.
7. Safeguarding Customer Information
